I came across The Mind Design while searching on Google for an interior design firm that specializes in loft. After reading their Google reviews, which were overwhelmingly positive and browsing through their portfolio, I was immediately drawn to their design style. Their work perfectly matched my taste and the vision I had for my home. I contacted them via WhatsApp and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded, even though it was outside of office hours. I was assigned an interior designer named Jolie, who would eventually become the only ID I worked with throughout my renovation journey. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations at first. I was prepared to continue looking at other firms if our conversation didn't go well or if I felt pressured into making decisions. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. From the very beginning, Jolie was responsive, patient, and willing to answer every question I had. During our first meeting, she took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and expectations for the renovation instead of rushing through the discussion. After a few meetings, I realized there was no need to continue comparing different ID firms. I had already found the right one. The proposal fit my budget, and Jolie gave me the confidence that my home was in good hands which turned out to be absolutely true. The renovation journey itself was an amazing experience. After receiving the initial 3D design, I worked closely with Jolie to refine it by sharing my ideas, suggesting additions, and pointing out elements I wanted to change. Throughout the entire design process, she remained incredibly patient, listened carefully to my feedback, and made revisions without hesitation. She was always quick to reply, even during weekends or late at night. Beyond being a talented designer, she is genuinely kind as a person, approachable, and dedicated that I honestly didn't expect to find. Throughout the renovation, Jolie accompanied me to visit various suppliers to help me choose the right materials and finishes. She also recommended several reliable companies that contributed to completing the renovation smoothly. Of course, no renovation is ever completely perfect. There were unexpected issues along the way, as with any project. However, this was where Jolie truly demonstrated her experience, knowledge, and professionalism. Whenever problems arose, she handled them quickly and efficiently, always finding practical solutions while keeping the project on track. In the end, everything was completed on schedule. The workmanship and overall quality are within my expectations, and the final result looked just as beautiful as the original design. Our home has received many compliments from our neighbors, family, and friends who have visited, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Finally, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at The Mind Design who contributed to this project, from the electricians and carpenters to every member of the renovation team.
