Grand Dunman

A double-height loft at Grand Dunman, built around one statement material and a warm, quiet palette. A full-height slab of gold-veined marble anchors the living room, framed by a fluted timber column with lit floating shelves, while a cascading glass-leaf chandelier fills the vertical volume without crowding it. Above, the loft sits behind a slim glass balustrade with bronze-tinted panels, keeping the upper level connected to the space below. The same fluted detail returns at the curved breakfast counter, softened by a stone top and a band of cove lighting at its base, so every element reads as part of one considered home.
