One Jervois

A three-bedroom loft at One Jervois, planned around a soft cream base and warm oak. The kitchen sits behind slim glass folding doors, so cooking stays contained without closing off the light, with handleless cabinetry, concealed under-cabinet lighting and a breakfast counter lined with rattan-back stools. The same restraint carries into the study bedroom, where a built-in oak desk sits beside a platform bed with a shelf headboard, and into the living room, where a floating TV console and cove-lit feature wall frame a lit display cabinet for the homeowner’s collection. Shown here in its design visuals, every surface is resolved before work begins, so the finished home matches the plan.
